Be the nutritional model

Sitting all around the table, you having French fries but insisting that your kids eat broccoli? Well it will not work no matter how much you insist.

Children are mimics. They model behaviors they see in others….mostly their parents. Why don’t we use this “power” to influence our kids eating preferences?

Let our kids see how much WE enjoy eating broccoli.

Let the kids participate at the preparation of a colorful meal.

Let us go together with them at the grocery and let them pick fruits and vegetables.


I think that a “Do as I Do” parenting style,

works better than a “Do as I Say”.
