Yogurt sauce for oven-baked fish

For gourmet “consumers”: 

Remove your roasted fish from the oven. Serve with this light green and full of “aroma” yogurt sauce. You can add some lemon zest to lift the taste.

Hands on:  3 minutes

Serves:       2




250 g Greek strained yogurt

1 lime or ½ lemon (the juice only)

2 spring onions (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to do it

  1. In a food processor, add the yogurt, lime/lemon juice, sugar and spring onions (chopped).

  2. Beat for 2 minutes, until completely combined and ready
