Save this recipe: Easy and quick to make, with three only ingredients, without butter and sugar, full of protein and very very healthy. One thing is for sure; you are going to make those cookies all year long.

For the oatmeal cookies:
100 g (3,5 oz) tahini
120 g (4,2 oz) honey
120 g (4,2 oz) oatmeal
1-teaspoon ground cinnamon
200 g (7,0 oz) white chocolate, melted
Red-Green (mixed) chocolate truffles
How to do it
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into small cookies. Try to maintain the same size and shape.
Transfer cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180*C (350*F), for exactly 7 minutes. If they still look soft, do not worry. Just take them out of the oven.
Allow them to completely cool.
Finely chop the white chocolate and melt in a bain marie (water bath) or in the microwave for 1 – 1 ½ minutes set at 800 watts.
Stir the chocolate with a spatula after melting.
Place the cookies on a wire rack and add the melted chocolate with a spoon.
Add on the white chocolate some colored truffles.
